Download not working

I think it is the Korean server. I might not even be in a server yet since I can't even download it. http://www.digimonmasters.com/down/main.aspx is where I am. I click the thing that says, "Digimon Masters DOWNLOAD" and I get what I believe is an error message. It is that yellow triangle with the ! in it, then a bunch of Korean symbols. I tried right-clicking and then clicking Save Target As..., but I get an error message in English that says, "Internet Explorer cannot download. No such interface supported."

as far as i know, u wont be able to play it til december, this year.. i think lol

Yes. But there are already people on the top 10, so doesn't that mean it's up? And I think I saw people on the YouTube trailer talking about their accounts in the comments. Oh well, I just wanna play some kinf of Digimon RPG, so I guess I'll try the other one. Haha, thanks for the help!
