Dub vs Sub?

I grew up with the german dub and its similar to the japanese dub and i think its not bad.

But there is something i just can not understand.
Why are different soundtracks in the english version? I just dont understand why someone would change the original soundtracks. I would understand if people dub the opening and the ending but its way to much if people change the music in the anime.

For me the japanese ending is waaaaay more emotional and way better than the english one. The music they used for this situation is not good. Its just... bad.

This might be hard but i totally hate dubbed animes where people change like everything.

Dubbing any anime=BAD IDEA
I can't stand any english dub of any anime except DBZ, but then again, I never liked DBZ that much to begin with (I like the db manga though).
I mean, in this case, the music is way better in the japanese version and fits better, it's funnier, they don't put stupid random lines, no stupid editing, and this could go on forever.

Fullmetal Alchemist was good in english, it's just that the voices fitted better in japanese, that's all. Then again, everyone has their own opinion.

Hey! Let's get actors that sound like they're from the Power Rangers! Also, lets spraypaint a BomberNanimon orange and call it Citramon, because we think that sensitive American children can play CoD all day long but be very traumatised by a bomb-throwing digimon... Japan has Hiroshima to be traumatised by, but who cares, children need their innocence protected.

Good God, children are far more likely to be traumatised by their parents/family then by a TV show...

1 and 2 are 5/5 3 was a bit sad so its 4/5 I haven't seen 4 yet but I think I'll rate it a 3/5 Because of 1 reson its number WASN'T WRITTEN ON THE FILE 5 I will rate 3/5 again -.-

When it's about Mainstream, Digimon, naruto, yugioh and that shit; I'd prefer dubs over subs anyday. (I'd like the attacks (ninjutsu, etc) voices and names in subs, though in naruto)

But, I'd choose subs over dub when I watch an anime like Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai! and Kaichou wa maid sama!

Well I personally enjoy Dubs only when it is actually good and some effort is put behind the voice acting like in most Gundam Anime and Digimon season 1-3.
