Hmm, wouldn't the chance of getting fail or pass be more complex since there are 10 different cards to choose from? As in, it isn't a single coin, but 10 coins in different places (then again the total heads/tails is always the same). Then there is also the probability of choosing the wrong coin.

    So therefore the sequence is

Chance of passes/fails getting into the different spots > Chance of player choosing a certain card.

so there are two processes here.

Then there is probable bias that some players choose certain cards more than others unless it is all randomized by the computer.

I dunno. Statistics and probability gives me a headache sometimes.

I don't know if this will help as I forgot to post fail results, except for one of the lvs as you'll see it's the worse experience I've gone through that I had to note the fails after that.

    AT
    Lv 6-7: 28-31 (31)
    Lv 7-8: 39-43 (43)
    Lv 8-9: 51-54 (54)
    Lv 9-10: 66-71 (68 ) 15 fails
    Lv 10-11: 79-85 (82) 1 fail
    Lv 11-12: 93-99 (98 ) 1 fail

    EV
    Lv 9-10: 48.09-52.29 (51.45%) 4 fails
    Lv 10-11: 59.85%-64.05% (63.00%) 2 fails
    Lv 11-12: 71.40-75.60% (73.92%) 2 fails

I must have horrible luck at lv 9 if after that I don't fail as much. >_>

    Thanks guys. Updated results:

    1-4: p=3.01E-10
    5-7: p=5.70E-9
    8-10: p=1.87E-10
    11: p=29%
    12: p=26%

Conclusion so far: up to lv10, standard deviation is 5+ so there is definitely something wrong, either the system is rigged or our fingers are attracted to red.

For the last 2 levels, even if the sample failure rates are higher than theoretical failure rates, there is not enough data to conclude.
