anyone can tell me what max stat for each chipset levels?

what differnce between magic rare epic legend chip?
is they give different effect even at same stat?

and

what max stat for chip dual stat [ap] [df] lv61?

I have the numbers only for AT and DE (I didn't bother about the others):

lv61 AT: max=80
lv61 DE: max=57

Dual stat: max I have seen is 54/40 (AT/DE). They are very rare so these may not be the actual maximum.
