The Remake of Digimon World for the PSX.

After confirming its upcoming manga adaptation, the V-Jump official website began streaming a new 110-second promotional video for the upcoming Digimon World: Re Digitize PlayStation Portable game.

The new promo features an animated footage for the game and introduces the game's scenario, characters, and basic gameplay.



The evolution of Digimon partners will depend on how players raise the monsters in the game. Players will also be able to compete against friends' Digimon or team up for cooperative battles.

Thanks to a certain incident, the 14-year-old bike loving protagonist got lost in the Digital World where Digital Monsters, a.k.a. Digimon lives. Nicolai "Nico" Petrov will be your rival who owns a stoic Mirage Gaogamon. Akiho Rindō is a cheerful and curious girl whose Digimon is the gentle Garudamon.

Digimon World: Re Digitize will be released on July 19th and costs 5230 yen. Pre-order now on Play-Asia and CDJapan to get exciting bonuses!

The art style/story progression reminds me of Persona.. and from the looks of it game play wise.. reminds me of Digimon World 1...

Hmm well with what neo said i might just wait for it to release in japan and most likely some nice people normaly will make a english patch for emulators like they did with pokemon black and white when it first came out. so .... if not then i might still order it ONCE it comes out and try my best to play it in japanese lol though some of digimon world was in japan like the tunnel the name was in japanese but still didnt stop me from enjoying the game.
