I was looking at Hinaody's skill guide, and from what I saw, it looks like for both Rize and Shine F1 is better. I'd like confermation on this before spending my points willy- nilly

Bonus question: Which skills in the Veedramon line are better?

For Shine, absolutely. For Rize, well although F1 is slower but its cd is 1/3 of his F2 and it's quite ranged too.

Bonus Q: F2 all the way for me.
