To trade Tera for P.Silk all you need to do is

1. Load up your P.Silk
2. Then I will be whispering you what to buy on your P.Silk
3. Then after buying , you must trade the item I told you to buy
4. Tera will be traded also

This is also a way for people to not get scammed in PayPal
