I have a question about digieggs. I haven't played this game since it first came out, so I never figured out what the difference is between 4/5 eggs and 5/5. If I hatch a 4/5 egg, will I still get to mega, or do I need a 5/5 egg? I thought it had something to do with the percentage, but I don't remember if that was just a theory, or if it was proven. Thanks in advance for the help.
The higher the # out of 5 is then the larger the percentage. With that the larger the percentage the stronger your digimon also there's a theory on the eggs hatched with ultimate and mega somewhere on these forums (someone wanna link it?)
[X] Get 4/5 Veemon
[X] Get 4/5 Impmon
[37/41] Get Veemon to level 41
[17/41] Get Impmon to level 41
[25/41] Get Agumon to level 41
[18/41] Get Dracomon(B) to level 41
Yeah the only difference between 4 and 5 is a higher percent which makes for larger size and the higher stats. The old egg theory on having to have 4/5 to get ultimate and 5/5 to get mega was shown to be totally false a while ago. Ultimate and mega levels are now unlocked by using a certain amount of evolutors which can be bought through the cash shop or from other plays in-game.
The ultimate and mega unlock chance is determined by luck.4/5 size is usually 110-120%,5/5 120-130%.These percentages are more common,it may goes higher or lower than the standard % that i have stated.Basically,4/5 and 5/5 have a little difference(just a little)in stats.
