Hi can anybody answer some of my questions?

1) What is the difference between Regular Megaphones and High Rank Megaphones?

2) When carding, does the level of the digimon used affects the drop rate? For example if I am carding lvl 4 monster cards/boss cards, which has a recommended level between lvl 41 to 50, if my digimon is higher than lvl 50 does it affects the drop rate of good items such as evoluters or back up discs?

So the drop rate is the same even if I use a lvl 90 digimon on a lvl 1 monster card comparing to when I use a lvl 20 digimon on them?

High Rank megaphones show the first digit of your tamer level and have purple backgrounds.
