Where to train/second F2 skill

Where can i train with 41? and when does the mega level learn his second skill?

I think neodevimon would be a good place to level up or saberleomon but i don't know what type agumon is so i don't know if you are supposed to kill data, virus, or vaccine.

No i don't i haven't gotten a mega digimon yet but i think its level 46 or 48

I have not yet gotten a mega but going by the fact that the other stages get their second attack after 5 levels I would say its a safe bet to say it will be the same with the mega stage as well.

for agumon after maybe 1 or 2 more lvs at neodevimon move on to pumkinmons,okuwamon for stat boost or fight metal greymon for training anf chips for money
