it maybe the 12 year old limit to the acct. give me another user, pass, and email address i can use, i'll make you another acct.
you may have entered the wrong id or password or it might be a 12 - hour ban, you may have been blocked for 12 hrs for lagging while scanning or making mouse gestures. try checking in again later.
if it patches but it stops and a small window pops up, just close it and run DMO again and it should resume the patch until it finishes.
