Yeah. I'm pretty sure people will still use server 3/4, though because they've got their digimon there.

It could very well be a test server. Before, even a server appeared out of nowhere, but it was a test server eventually.

Hope its not just a test server as I am making my character there my maina ccount. The population is nice and lower and the highest level is like 14. lulz
