Why does the Digimon's MAX HP change everytime I change Channel?

Well if you dont believe me here's a proof...
Thats in Channel 0 (Max Hp 397):

Well, from what i noticed it's tamer's bonus stats apply to digimon. If you hover your mouse over the HP/Attack power/DS label on digimon stats box, it will appear the basic stats, the bonus stats from emblem, the bonus stats from tamer and the total stats. It randomly give stat bonus i think, i can't figure how it works though...sorry >.<.

as i noticed if you push C for tamer stats on the right side down there is a number that affect the tamer bonus for digis that goes up and down higher number means higher stats
but i dont figured out why the number increase/decrease the other thing is the number change for every digimon also means if you change your current digimon
