Help I can't play

I can't play when the map is loading this message appears:

And then the game closes.
What is it? Is there anything I can do to fix this without reinstalling?

Its a common error. Its with your internet connection, make sure you have no windows open when playing and try to log in a few times if not restart your computer that should fix it.

As I said it doesnt work, those korean letters were the progress of the updates appear are not there, and then after a few minutes this message appears and then it closes:
