Need HELP please, download sucks!

i´ve tryed to download the game from offical website, but if i accept the ActiveX "DownStarter2.cab" and klick on the Downloadbutton ---> nothing happens, NOTHING!!!
F*** !!

What can i do? Need help please!
(I need the lastest version of Digimon Masters to continue making patch.)

thats weird thats never happened to me, but try to cancel the downstarter then try it , are you using IE?

I've allready tested Opera, Fire Fox and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
