They are usefull.
You nedd T-Shirts with "blanks".
There you can put HP attachments.
You obtain them by killing monsters or scanning eggs.
You have guides in the forum ^_^

Hi i cant seem to find the guide about supplement..do u know why i cant equip some supplements to my shirt?
the attachments have to match the colors of the out line of the cloths you want to attach it to.
so when you got to attach it and you put the cloths you want to attach stuff to look at the boxes and use the attachment that is the same color as the outline of the box

Hi! I will get you a little tutorial on this. Look at this schematic
carefully:
Cloth Piece ------ Attachment ---- Effect
Shirt/Sweater ---- Red ---------- HP (life);
Gloves ----------- Yellow ------- AT (attack);
Pants/Shorts ----- Black -------- DE (defense);
Shoes/Snickers --- Green ------- SP (speed).
There are also glasses in the game but it looks like there aren't yet attachments to it, although i think it would be a blue attachment for DS (digi-soul) since its the only stat remaining to boost. And there are also ranks on those attachments, they go like this:
A --> B --> C --> D --> E
I think there are only 5 ranks, but as you may see the better the rank, the better the stats bonus, but as well according to the rank, there is a higher tamer level requirement, so only when your tamer reach that level, you can equip the attachment to the cloth piece. Now you may ask, why would i boost myself if it is the digimon that fights, not me? Well, that's when it's time to enter with the last tamer's stat:
Affinity: This is the definition of the tamer/digimon bond, which increases with more battles won (it doesn't matter the digimon you use), but it has it's practical value, since trough this your digimon gets stats bonus from the tamer ones as there are 2 aspects in this, the first is that when you lose a battle and die, affinity resets to 0 and second is that it exists a limit for this value according to the most higher stage digimon in your team (be it with party or be it in storage, it doesn't matter), which raise whenever you reach a new stage of digivolution (when your digimon reaches lvl 25 and get ultimate, for example).
And for calculations, i found that this value is a percentage of the total stat that is passed to the digimon, as i saw yesterday that my elecmon had more 3 AT points, being my attack 64 and affinity 5 (i died a bit trying to train a biyomon, that's why i don't have it higher), so if you make your maths 5% of 64 AT in tamer, does 3 AT for the digimon, now imagine i had 25% affinity ^_^ (that would be 16 AT points of bonus). And supposing you know how to equip, you can also grab that cloth piece and when using the 2nd option of the npc detach the lower valued and ranked attachments to replace for stronger or more ranked ones (there are some of the same stat and rank that give different boost numbers). Have fun!
thanks for the tutorial, i got 5 shirts lying in my inventory now, do u think that i should clear them to make space for keep them for future use?
And can i remove attachment from my clothes?
yeah just go to the attachment menu and click detach its either the same button or one next to it or below it
