How much would it cost if you buy Data Chips from forumers?

There's a price guide in the guides section that says 500B. But every time I see people buying or selling chips in-game via shout, they're going for 1M, so I'd say 1M is probably the correct price.

i met like 3/4 people selling beast chip start from 1.5M
you have to Negotiate with them to get 1M prices.. lol...
